The best way to schedule a dentist appointment is to give us a call during our office hours. If it is after hours, or if you have a question, you can also complete our online form and we will get back to you within two business days.
Cancelations
We schedule dentist appointments at your convenience, but we understand that life happens. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact our dentist office at (419) 594-3345. When possible, we ask that you give us 48-hour notice so that we can offer your appointment to another patient.
